Terms & Conditions – 111bid Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of 111bid and form a binding agreement between you and the platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 111bid platform — including but not limited to the website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, payment services, and promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately stop using the 111bid platform and close your account. Your continued use of 111bid after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. 111bid operates as an entertainment platform targeting English-speaking adult users in Bangladesh. All references to monetary amounts use Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless expressly stated otherwise. All times are Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Important: These Terms contain provisions that limit 111bid's liability and require you to resolve disputes through the process described in Section 14. Read those sections with particular care.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Clause 1
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 111bid. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. 111bid reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending bets voided, and any balance returned minus applicable processing fees.
Clause 2
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active 111bid account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If 111bid identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, it reserves the right to merge or close those accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate account(s).
Clause 3
Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Supplying false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Clause 4
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Clause 5
Accepted Payment Methods
111bid currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Clause 6
Minimum and Maximum Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account verification tier and payment method; full limits are displayed within the account cashier section. 111bid reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Clause 7
Withdrawal Verification
Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. 111bid reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. During these checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to 72 hours.
Clause 8
Funds Held in Account
Funds deposited into your 111bid account are held for gaming purposes only. They do not earn interest. 111bid is not a bank and your account balance does not constitute a deposit in the financial or regulatory sense. Funds in dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳50 per month, applied after a prior written notice to your registered contact.

111bid does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 111bid's control. Please consult your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank terms for details on any applicable charges.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 111bid offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

  • Wagering requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (stated on the offer page) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The default wagering requirement is 20× the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
  • Minimum odds: Free bets and bonus funds used on sports markets must be placed on selections with minimum odds of 1.50 (fractional 1/2) unless the offer states otherwise. Bets placed below minimum odds do not contribute to wagering requirements.
  • Time limits: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated on the offer. Unexpired bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be removed from your account upon expiry.
  • One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Claiming a second promotion automatically forfeits the previous bonus unless explicitly permitted by the offer terms.
  • Abuse prevention: 111bid reserves the right to cancel a bonus, void associated winnings, and close an account if it reasonably suspects that a user is exploiting promotional offers, using multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or otherwise acting contrary to the spirit of any promotion.
  • Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; sports bets contribute as described per offer. A full contribution table is available in the Promotions section of the platform.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Clause 9
Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance by 111bid. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance. 111bid reserves the right to decline any bet, limit stake amounts, or restrict specific markets without providing a reason.
Clause 10
Obvious Errors
In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error (for example, decimal odds of 100.00 on a near-certain outcome), 111bid reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. This applies regardless of whether the bet was settled before or after the error was identified.
Clause 11
Void Bets and Refunds
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed by more than 48 hours, or its result otherwise cannot be determined, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets settled before abandonment stand. For casino games, if a technical fault interrupts play before a round is complete, the round is voided and the stake returned.
Clause 12
Responsible Limits
111bid supports responsible gaming. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and wagering limits from within their account settings at any time. Reduction requests are applied immediately. Increase requests are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly forbidden on the 111bid platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

  • Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
  • Money laundering: Using 111bid to process, conceal, or convert funds derived from unlawful activity. 111bid operates anti-money-laundering checks and will report suspicious activity as required.
  • Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
  • Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or sports betting pools to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software glitches, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not otherwise occur.
  • Charge-backs: Initiating unjustified charge-back requests with your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for gaming. 111bid will pursue recovery of funds lost to fraudulent charge-backs and may take legal action.
  • Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
Note: If 111bid closes an account for prohibited conduct, any balance held at the time of closure may be forfeited where that balance is directly connected to the prohibited activity (for example, winnings from automated betting). Legitimate uninvested deposits will be returned.

Intellectual Property and Privacy

Intellectual Property
All content on the 111bid platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trade names — is the property of 111bid or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 111bid content without prior written permission.

Privacy and Data
111bid collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].

Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

Clause 15
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111bid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical faults, interruptions in service, or data loss. 111bid's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact 111bid customer support at [email protected] with full details. 111bid will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the platform's operating entity.
Clause 17
Amendments to These Terms
111bid reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the platform's notification system at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of 111bid after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are drafted and shall be interpreted in the English language. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
